I have been teaching at Peavine School
since 1999. In that time I have taught 4th grade for 3 years and
American History, World History, Geography, and Vocabulary in 6th, 7th,
and 8th grades. I am currently the Science and Social Studies teacher
for the upper grades. I also drive the bus
on the Mulberry Hollow route. I was born in Ft. Smith, Arkansas in November of 1965. I lived with my parents on the south side of Beaver Mountain in the Bunch, Oklahoma community. I went to Cave Springs School from 1970-1974. The family moved to the Zion community in 1974 where we have stayed. I attended Stilwell High School from 9th grade to 12th grade. I entered the U.S. Army the day after graduation, and stayed 4 years as an Airborne Infantryman and in Korea on the DMZ. I attended NSU from 1988-1993, and several subsequent semesters. I have been married to my wife Kayla for many years and we have 2 girls, Jessica and Hanna. We also have two miniature wiener dogs named Harley and Zuzu. |
